Overview
Understanding Your Agreement with man99
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and man99 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the man99 website, mobile site, and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform. man99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, man99 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Eligibility
Who May Use the man99 Platform
Access to and use of the man99 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. man99 reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use the man99 platform in any capacity. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 at any point will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at man99's sole discretion subject to verification. man99 enforces this restriction strictly and does not offer any exceptions.
Residency
The man99 platform is operated for use by players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. man99 does not make any representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations.
Personal Capacity
You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity. Agents, nominees, and persons acting under power of attorney are not permitted to open accounts on behalf of third parties. Corporate accounts are not available. Each account must be held in the name of the individual who will use it.
Account Registration
Account Opening, Verification, and Security
To access the full range of man99 services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Attempting to register multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
man99 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at man99's discretion. Failure to complete a KYC request within the timeframe specified by man99 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. man99 will communicate KYC requirements through the registered mobile number or the platform's internal messaging system.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. man99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have disclosed your credentials to a third party.
- You must notify man99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. man99 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a suspected security breach or unauthorised access event.
- All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- man99 accounts are for personal use only. Using a man99 account to conduct any commercial activity, to act as an intermediary for third-party players, or to process third-party funds through the man99 payment system is strictly prohibited.
- man99 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login, no wagering, no deposit activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, man99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered mobile number. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with man99's dormant account policy.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
man99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). man99 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. man99 does not charge deposit fees on any MFS transaction, though your MFS provider may apply its own standard transaction charges independently of man99.
The minimum deposit amount at man99 is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. man99 does not process withdrawals to MFS accounts other than the one registered on the player's account, as a security and anti-money-laundering measure. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours, though man99 does not guarantee a specific processing window.
Deposit Conditions
All deposits made to your man99 account must be funded from a payment source that belongs to you personally. man99 does not accept deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is found to have been made using a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account. The player's man99 account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been satisfied. Players may not withdraw funds that form part of an active bonus balance until the stated rollover requirement has been met in full. man99 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has engaged in prohibited conduct, collusion, or bonus abuse.
Currency and Exchange
All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions at man99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). man99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. There are no foreign exchange conversion fees applied by man99, as the platform operates exclusively in BDT. Players are not exposed to exchange rate risk on their man99 account balance.
Bonuses
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
From time to time, man99 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the Promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your man99 account are not withdrawable as cash until the associated wagering requirement has been completed. All bonus wagering requirements at man99 must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once under any circumstances, including through the use of a new or duplicate account.
- Bonus funds must be used only on the game categories specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
- man99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Promotion at any time without prior notice if man99 determines that the Promotion is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible players. Players who have abused promotional terms may have their accounts suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
- Free spins granted as part of a Promotion are subject to the specific terms published with that Promotion, including any maximum win cap, wagering requirement on free spin winnings, and expiry period. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden on man99
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the man99 platform. man99 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate — including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any player found to have engaged in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house. This includes the use of any software that systematically exploits RNG patterns, game vulnerabilities, or bonus mechanics.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market. Collusion includes sharing hand information in live poker or card game environments, coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus terms, and any form of match-fixing or outcome manipulation in sports betting markets.
- Attempting to launder money through the man99 platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, making structured deposits designed to evade reporting thresholds, or using the man99 withdrawal system to transfer funds between parties in a manner that obscures their origin.
- Registering more than one account, using false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, residency, or eligibility status in any way. This includes using another person's mobile number, identity documents, or payment accounts to register or operate a man99 account.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at other players or at man99 staff through any communication channel — including the platform's live chat, email correspondence, or any associated community or social media channel.
man99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, man99 reserves the right to freeze the affected account and all associated funds immediately pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.
Responsible Gaming
Responsible Gaming Obligations and Player Protection Tools
man99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. man99 acknowledges that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard and may be activated at any time.

Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their man99 account. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. man99 will not process a deposit that would breach a player's active deposit limit setting.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling activity is no longer within their control may request self-exclusion from the man99 platform. Self-exclusion may be requested for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all gaming activity and deposit processing. man99 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players.
Session Controls
Players may set session time limits and loss limits on their man99 account. When a session time limit is reached, the player will be notified and prompted to review their activity before continuing. man99 encourages all players to take regular breaks and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.
Legal
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the man99 platform — including but not limited to the man99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interface elements, text, graphics, images, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of man99 or its licensed content providers. No content from the man99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of man99. Unauthorised use of man99's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, man99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account access, or any losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond man99's reasonable control. man99's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms and Governing Provisions
man99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, man99 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform's notification system or through the registered mobile number. Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-substantive amendments may be made without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the man99 Terms & Conditions page. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.
These Terms, together with man99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and man99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. man99's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of man99's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
